چکیده
This study evaluates the influence of dietary vitamin A on growth performance, antioxidant capacity, and lipid metabolism Eriocheir sinensis juveniles (3.95 ± 0.12 g) fed different levels. Crabs were with four diets, including normal (7%) devoid (0 IU/kg, NL-VAD), supplement (6000 NL-VAS), high (13%) HL-VAD), HL-VAS) for 8 weeks. The significant interaction between level was found in weight gain, specific rate, mRNA synthesis related genes retinoid X receptor. Under supplementation did not affect final body weight, rate. Regardless levels, enhanced activities relevant indices (total superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase). Vitamin also reduced excessive malondialdehyde hepatopancreas caused by high-fat diets. In group, hepatosomatic index, total whole hepatopancreas, triglyceride free fatty acids hepatopancreas. accumulation crab diets promoting expression about oxidation transport. restrained group compared A-free group. research suggests that can ameliorate peroxidation promote utilization optimizing E. a diet. • affected performance synthesis. Effect of temperature stress on the survival of juvenile Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis)
Eriocheir sinensis, which is an important aquaculture species, belongs to the class Crustacea. To discuss the temperature tolerance of E. sinensis, the survival rates of juvenile crabs of E. sinensis were determined in this paper using a series of temperature settings (normal temperature, 25°C, 30°C, 32°C, 34°C, 35°C, 36°C, 38°C, 40 °C). The results indicated that except the normal temperature ...
متن کاملSelenium Accumulation, Antioxidant Enzyme Levels, and Amino Acids Composition in Chinese Mitten Crab (Eriocheir sinensis) Fed Selenium-Biofortified Corn
The effects of selenium (Se)-biofortified corn on the total Se contents, the antioxidant enzyme levels, and the amino acids composition in Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) during the stage of the fifth shelling to maturity were investigated in the present study. The culture density of crabs was 600 per 667 m², and they were continuously fed 120.4 mg Se from Se-biofortified corn per 667 ...
متن کاملDraft genome of the Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis
BACKGROUND The Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis, is one of the most studied and economically important crustaceans in China. Its transition from a swimming to a crawling method of movement during early development, anadromous migration during growth, and catadromous migration during breeding have been attractive features for research. However, knowledge of the underlying molecular mechan...

15 صفحه اولThe Hyperglycemic Effect of Melatonin in the Chinese Mitten Crab, Eriocheir sinensis
Melatonin has been identified in a variety of invertebrate species, but its function is not as well understood as in crustaceans. The effects of melatonin on hemolymph glucose levels and tissue carbohydrate metabolism in the Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis, were fully investigated in this study. Moreover, whether the eyestalk (an important endocrine center in invertebrate species) invol...
